1. Salon Policies
Our salon policies are strictly enforced to ensure all clients have a safe, relaxing, and professional experience. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
A. Booking Policy
- All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time.
- Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance at checkout.
- Appointments must be booked through our online booking system. We do not accept bookings via DMs.
B. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We require 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- You may reschedule your appointment through the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
C. Late Policy
- We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or you may be asked to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures we remain on time for every client.
D. Child & Guest Policy
- Unless the appointment is specifically for a child, we kindly ask that you do NOT bring children or additional guests.
- This policy helps us maintain a calm, relaxing, and luxury environment for all clients.
E. Service Satisfaction
- We aim for excellence. If you have concerns about your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
- We do not offer refunds on services, deposits, or sales. We will, however, gladly provide an adjustment or correction if notified within the 24-hour window.
F. Preparation for Services (Facials & Esthetics)
- Please arrive with no makeup for all esthetics appointments.
- You must inform your esthetician if you are currently using retinol, acne medications, or have had recent waxing or chemical peels before your appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any and all relevant medical information.
2. Payments, Purchases, and Products
A. Payment Policy
- We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (for select services).
- We do not accept Cash App or Zelle for services.
- All sales, deposits, and services are final.
B. Product Return Policy
- All retail skincare and beauty purchases made at the salon are final sale. This is for the safety and integrity of our products.
C. Gift Cards
- eGiftcards are available for purchase through our booking partner, Square. All terms and conditions related to gift card purchases are managed by Square.
3. Website Use
A. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, and branding (such as the Sevynn Beaute Lounge logo and brand guidelines) is the exclusive property of Sevynn Beaute Lounge and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
B. Content & Media Policy
- We love capturing your beauty! Please be aware that photos or videos may be taken before or after your service for marketing or social media purposes.
- Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed or filmed.
C. Third-Party Links Our Site contains links to third-party websites that are not operated by us, including:
- Square: For appointment booking and gift cards.
- Social Media: Such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Systeme.io: For our email and text marketing lists.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of any third-party site you visit.
4. Limitation of Liability
By booking a service, you agree to release Sevynn Beaute Lounge and its practitioners from any and all liability. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, as it is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant health information prior to any service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
