Booking + Policies
Yes. A small deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your final balance.
We require 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations/no-shows lose their deposit..
We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to protect other clients’ time.
All sales and deposits are final. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
