Salon Policies

Booking Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time.
Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance at checkout.

Appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
We do not accept bookings via DMs.

Late Policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

If you arrive after 15 minutes:

  • Your appointment may be shortened to fit into the remaining time or
  • You may be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited

This ensures we remain on time for every client.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee
  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

We value your time, and we ask the same in return.

Child Policy

Unless the appointment is specifically for a child, we kindly ask that you do NOT bring children or additional guests.

This helps us maintain a calm, relaxing, luxury environment for all clients.

Payment Policy

We accept:

✔ Apple Pay
✔ Afterpay (select services)
✔ Digital gift cards

No cash app or Zelle payments for services.

All sales, deposits, and services are final.

Service Satisfaction Policy

We aim for excellence. If you have concerns about your service:
Please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly provide an adjustment or correction if needed

Preparation Policy (Facials & Esthetics)

Please arrive with no makeup.
Your esthetician will cleanse your skin during your service.

If you are currently using retinol, acne medications, or have had recent waxing/chemical peels, please inform your esthetician prior to your appointment.

Guest Policy

To maintain our relaxing environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

Reschedule Policy

You may reschedule your appointment through the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

Content Policy

We love capturing your beauty!
Photos or videos may be taken before/after your service.
Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.

Membership Policy

For members at Sevynn Beaute Lounge:

  • Memberships are month-to-month
  • 30-day notice required for cancellation
  • One pause allowed every 6 months
  • Benefits cannot be rolled over or transferred
  • Discounts apply to the member only

Product Return Policy

All retail skincare and beauty purchases are final sale for the safety and integrity of our products.

If anything is unnecessary please adjust or condense accordingly. I trust your expertise.
