Do we provide hair?

Yes, hair is included in each service unless stated otherwise upon booking.

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

By state law, we cannot service dirty hair. Your hair will be washed before appointment but if you wish to do so yourself you can as well.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, but we do take last minute appointments upon availability by deposits only.

What is the late fee if I show up late? How late can I be before I pay a late fee?

You can be 10mins late. We charge a $10 late fee. If you’re late after 20mins your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. We recommend that you keep your appointment by being on time.

Can I change my hairstyle at the last minute?

Every style has an allotted time therefore any major changes to your appointment will not be accommodated unless time permits.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Go back to the confirmation that was sent to your email. In the email if you scroll down you will see the change/cancel appointment button.

How long should I keep my braids in and when should I get a touch-up?

For individual braids or small feed in cornrows both styles can be worn for up to 2 months with proper care. Depending on your hair texture your edges should be checked for receding or hanging braids at about 3 weeks to prevent hair loss.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds or exchanges. If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hrs of confirmed delivery. In order to be eligible for a damage replacement/refund request (at our discretion) requires photos.
